Bought a Ford Ranger from JCW back in January after seeing it priced competitively online. After a brief, informative chat with the company, I put a deposit down and agreed a price for both the truck, and for part exchanging my vehicle. The truck was delivered across country in perfect condition, as advertised, on a day agreed convenient for me. After a couple of months, the battery died, but JCW replaced the battery no questions asked, sourcing me a battery local to me. I thoroughly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this seller.

Brilliant customer service

After not long buying a van for my business which all went wrong I was very skeptical to purchase another. James was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the VW caddy I was interested in was right for me. Fresh service and MOT and even better that delivery was available. The van is immaculate condition and I can use it for work on a daily basis with no issues! When discovering the aircon had a slight problem it was hassle free to deal with James to get the issue fixed. I would 100% recommend and I’d definitely purchase a vehicle from James again.
